(formerly PARAGLAS SOUNDSTOP®)

ACRYLITE® Soundstop Noise Barrier panels
have been successfully used to construct transparent noise barriers along roads and railroads around the world for almost 30 years. ACRYLITE® Soundstop is extremely resistant to weathering. Clear sound walls with ACRYLITE® Soundstop retain clarity and strength throughout years of harsh outdoor use. ACRYLITE® Soundstop noise barriers / soundwalls are lightweight and ideal for blocking highway noise while preserving visibility and light.

ACRYLITE® Soundstop Masonry Wall System adds attractive transparent panels to masonry block noise barrier walls. This easy to install system improves the look of the wall while reducing overall installation time and project cost. A single ACRYLITE® Soundstop panel can replace up to one hundred masonry blocks and allow continued unobstructed views.

ACRYLITE® Soundstop Ready-Fit™ Panels
are fully fabricated frame-and-panel assemblies, adaptable to any ground-mounted noise barrier system. Incorporating ACRYLITE® Soundstop sheet, these panels can be substituted anywhere on a noise wall where the designer needs to provide an opening for light and view. The result is a cost effective “win-win” solution to visibility and noise abatement problems.

ACRYLITE® Soundstop TL-4 System is a safe, lightweight noise barrier system for bridges and elevated roadway applications. It has been successfully crash tested to NCHRP 350 Level 4 conditions and shown to reduce the severity of a collision with the bridge rail. The system incorporates ACRYLITE® Soundstop GS CC panels, meeting the fragment retention requirements of EN 1794 to ensure there are no breakaway debris hazards resulting from a vehicle collision with the wall.

ACRYLITE® Soundstop GS CC Noise Barrier sheet has a fragment retention feature which controls falling debris resulting from collision. Incorporating all of the characteristics of ACRYLITE® Soundstop sheet, it is ideal for use on bridges and overpasses.
